QR Homes is a family-run renovation company based in Perth, WA, founded by husband-and-wife duo Cosimo and Mariia. With a shared passion for design and craftsmanship, we bring decades of experience to homeowners looking for tailored renovations with a designer edge.

Cosimo: The Master Builder

With over 38 years of experience in the building industry, Cosimo is a registered builder and highly skilled roof carpenter. He has spent decades mastering his craft, ensuring every renovation is built to the highest standard. His hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every home we renovate is not only beautiful but also built to last.

Mariia: The Interior Design Expert

Mariia brings the artistic vision to QR Homes, ensuring that every renovation is not just structurally sound but also stunningly designed. She holds a Diploma of Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute, Australia, and has a keen eye for creating spaces that are both functional and stylish. With her experience in interior styling, she ensures that every project reflects the unique personality and lifestyle of the homeowners. (She also has an Advanced Photography qualification from Kyiv Photography School, adding an extra level of creative insight to her work.)
